Kissing for the first time & Bad Breath?
Tomorrow is very important because its my first date and my first kiss. I am totally confused and am really worried about my breath. How can i check my breath is ok ? What can I do to be sure ? What could I eat that wont give me bad breath later I want to have a good breakfast but not anything that will cause bad breath. Also is there anything special you advise before taking your first kiss ?

For breakfast dont eat anything that will get stuck in your teeth a simple pancake with suffice. Just make sure you brush your teeth and pop a mint before and it should be all good.
Dont worry everything will fit in place
chewing gum mint etc
Eat lots of peanut butter and doritos you may think they will make it worse but surprising they produce a very sexual amusement
Ok like 3 min before he comes eat a mentos and when you kiss its just natural and also dont breathe through your mouth it will make him faint lol
Atoids are very strong breath ments try those and before you come in for the kiss cup your hand over your mouth and blow into it and see what it smells like and judge on that.
Eat breakfast but then brush your teeth and use mouth wash… maybe carry mints with you and eat one every hour os so till you kiss?
If you lick your wrist and sniff it srtaight away you can tell if your breathe smells… good luck babe x
EDIT: the licking thing is better than breathing into your hand because like 80 of the bacteria that causes bad breath is on your toungue not in your breath lol.
